IS YOUR LITTLE ONE READY TO
GET ON THE ICE? 
​Empower Tots is for skaters ages 3-5 who are ready to lace up their skates! Join us for a 45 minute session to learn the basics of ice skating, with the goal to progress to hockey! Each session offers a weekly 30 minute class taught by one of our professional instructors, followed by 15 minutes of freeskate / stick & puck time. We will give your little one the foundation they need to progress towards playing hockey like the big kids!​

What equipment is needed?
​Skaters will need single blade skates, a helmet (bike helmet is ok but hockey helmet is preferred), warm clothes & mittens. Snow pants are great for just starting out. Skaters may also bring a stick to use during the freeskate time, but this is optional.
